Former Human Resources employee comes forward with evidence of widespread pay gaps between men and women in various job titles across multiple Omni Hotel properties as well as support that there is job segregation based on race and gender.  Omni terminated this employee after these issues were raised.  An EEOC Charge has been filed claiming retaliation and asking for a Federal investigation into systemic claims of gender and race discrimination at Omni.
